"Dear Graduating Students..."

So reads the beginging of the letter sent by NTU. So it's coming to an end for me the (1+6+6+2+3) cycles that I've gone through.

"... you are probably racing against time to complete your studies..." (yeah, away from the 5 sets of notes and textbooks for 5 weeks) "and clear the final hurdle btwn u and and ur next phase in life." (MP4079, make it or break it: draft in 2 weeks's time; then job hunt... owww).

"But even as u say good-bye, another batch of bright young ppl is joining us... Why not do sth to give them a boost?" (sounds good. how?)

"NTU needs private funding..." (i see, i see)

Options:
BASIC gift ($10-$49) - receive "i gave" pin
CELEBRATE gift ($50-$74) - name recognition on plasma TVs around campus
GRATITUDE gift ($75 & above) - about the same plus more

I'm not going to say this is not good. Not because others are also doing that. Just wonder if dere could be some changes.

I'm not rich. I have tuition loan and haven't got a job (read: no income yet got huge debt), so for me it isn't the rigth time lar.

Probably they can have another option - WHO-BEATS-ME gift - allows alumni-to-be to take a loan from the friendly bank at canteen A with interest rate on par with the tuition loan to donate to NTU. since our debt is as high as mt. kinabalu, it doesn't feel anything if u add a ton or two of load on top of that. we will pay what. maybe it adds only 10 bucks every instalment, then ppl will be working already, can.

Actually I thought they gonna increase the tuition fee for the future batch of bright ppl... 50% isn't small compared to 5% we had u know.

And I dun need my name to be displayed, it's just 打仲脸皮当胖子 (hit ur face till swollen to pretend that u r fat) ler.

So much for this. Continue to race before time takes over me.
